D&S Community Care Services Ltd is a small independent community care company supporting people with a variety of needs to remain living in their own homes.

At D&S Community Care, We offer bespoke and person - centred care packages that enables our service users to stay as independent as possible while still assisting them with anything they need.

Our head-office is based near Crymych, how ever we are able to support in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion subject to capacity.
